audio

As a longtime audio enthusiast I regularly use music and podcasts in my courses.

In 2019 I was awarded a faculty grant for educational innovation for the project ‘Blended Learning 2.0’. In this project I explored a more participative and social character for blended learning activities by having students produce podcasts through which they critically discuss the topic of change agency and related articles.

In 2019 I started contributing as a semi-regular host to the Talking About Organizations Podcast (TAOP). TAOP blends emergent conversation with academic rigor into dynamic episodes that cover key works and themes in organization studies. The podcast has an average of 15000+ listeners per episode and is used as a didactic tool in a range of higher education institutes across the world.
